Facts

  • Myth:  No company needs help with their management system(s)

  • The truth is that while perfection should always be the goal, there is no such thing as a perfect management system

Today's organizations are ultra-complex, with ever-changing dynamics, and these work together against the streamlined approach many organizations need to survive.  That is where I can help out.  We partner together to help identify the fat, and waste ( = $$$) and work together to get your management system running like a well-oiled machine.

    2. Existing Documentation Review:  connections to other documentation and business systems and comparisons against ISO requirements

  • Certification Body Selection:  provide input on selecting the best certification body for your organization, and which to stay clear of.

  • Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasure Identification:  easily one of the most challenging requirements to conduct and complete effectively.  Too many organizations focus only on the human element, not process breakdowns.  Let's work on identifying the true root cause(s) of nonconforming processes.

I am not a Certification Body and do not provide third-party audits.  However, I do work closely with several Certification Bodies and am familiar with their auditing techniques and styles.
